Weekend Breakfast Delite
Chris first DJ’d back in various London clubs including "The Wag", "Limelight", and held a residency at "Camden Palace" meeting Bambatta, Fab 5 Freddy and various other early hip hop pioneers.
He then presented channel 4’s "Solid Soul" with a host of acts including Anita Baker and Run DMC before going on to presented ITV’s late night club show ‘BPM’. Chris then took the hot seat at Capital Radio with a 4-year tenure presenting his Saturday night slot after Rodigan and before Westwood. Chris went on to Radio Luxembourg which led to various international gigs before moving on to presenting his first MOBO awards show where he is still actively involved!
Finally, Chris reached Kiss 100 – with tenures on the breakfast, Sunday chart and Saturday morning breakfast shows. Chris has enjoyed a solid Record Production history – Endangered Species (Strictly Rhythm), Boneshakers (Reachin Records) and V4 Visions (label).
When he got the call from the head of Delite Radio – Tony Jay Chris was more than happy to be joining the family!
