Delite Breakfast man Mick Brown is the original 'South London Soul Boy' a soul and reggae fan from day one!

Mick has had an amazing lifetime in radio,spinning the big tunes at both Londons's Capital FM and Capital Gold radio stations as well as living out his great love of football and sport on Talk Sport.Mick has not only played and championed hundreds of mega hits over the years,but is responsible for actually recording 6 top hits with top producers Stock Aitken and Waterman,raising over half a million pounds for charity on the way.Mick is very busy up and down the country hosting retro soul and 'Tropicana Nights' 80's nights at clubs and festivals and over the years has supported acts on stage like Michael Jackson,Lionel Richie,Tina Turner,Level 42,Madness,UB40 and many more.

Mick also is credited with some great tv shows,'Soccer Sunday' and 'You're on Sky Sports' both LIVE on Sky Sports,the first ever late night music magazine show on ITV called 'Night Network' as well as the cult Channel 4 BMX show 'BMX Beat'...Mick once got captured by Trinny and Suzanna for the top rated BBC show called 'What Not To Wear' and hosted the live tv gameshow 'Gamesworld'

Mick is a real music lover and his only regret is that Delite Radio didn't come along years ago!
